I personally read all mail I receive. Emails from readers of my books always get a reply, even if only to acknowledge receipt and to express my appreciation. Snail mail will only receive a reply if a self-addressed stamped envelope is enclosed. To stay up on the latest information, sign up for my e-newsletter. On average, I send two to four per year.
